How To Remove Pan Card From IRDA Dear Sir/Madam, My agency Code BJ8840 of Birla Sunlife insurance company ltd. it is still showing on the IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL. After several times follow up to branch where the application has submitted on the month of Sep 2023, and also mail to corp.[protected]@irdai.gov.in for removing my PAN but I didn't get any replies from them and the same is still showing till date. Remove my PAN from IRDA PAN LOOK UP PORTAL It's my humble request to you please remove my agent Code from IRDA PORTAL as I have already joined an another SBI life insurance company from one month before if it is not remove within this time frame I am not eligible to getting salary the next month as a employee into the sbilife insurance company and loose the golden opportunity. please take my request and do immediate action and help me out . provide the NOC copy asap.

    Dear Sir/Madam, My agency Code BSLZR7543 of BIRLA SUN LIFE insurance company Ltd is still showing in force on IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL.         I have worked as a agent of Aditya birla sun life insurance company. Recently I got NOC from the same organization. Present I changed the organization. In new organization my new insurance code activation code pending because this pan linkage. My Pan number is NMXPS6160M. My agency code id BSL ZI7313

        Kindly de-link my pan with previous organization as early as possible. I am attaching my Noc report in below link for your reference.

            Godrej Housing Finance representative had recommended me to buy a insurance from Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance to secure my loan, so I paid the premium and bought the insurance. however, I realised that its really very difficult to contact the insurance company even for getting details or any information. When I visit the insurance company's website to check my insurance details, I am not able to access since the policy number that was provided with is not recognised by the site or in their telephone toll free system (IVR). They have even made mistake in entering my nominee's name which obviously could cause difficulty in case I was dead and the nominee had to apply to get the benefits. This is completely unprofessional and I am feeling cheated and have lost trust in this insurance product. I want to surrender this policy and request full refund of INR 2, 13, 811.09 as I am not able to access my policy details and it's impossible to contact them to get any kind of information hence I don't trust this company that they will honour their terms of insurance policy.

              It is really very unfortunate from my side that after my repeated requests to unblock or release my PAN CARD - ANYPM2630D from BIRLA SUN LIFE, they are still showing negligence which is causing immense financial trouble for me. I have sent you my agency status which clearly shows that my license has already expired a long time ago, so why they are you not releasing my PAN CARD from their concern??

              In attachment I am sending you my AGENCY STATUS for your kind reference.

              Hope you understand it is very much needed for me in this time, So please do the needful urgently.

                    with a heavy heart would like to bring to your kind notice that i had taken a agency from Aditya Birla sun life Insurance on 18/04/2022 with advisor code BSLZM0053 from tinsukia (237) branch but till then I havent deposited a single policy and on 18 Feb 2023 I have submitted my wish to discontinue my Agency from Aditya Birla Sun life Insurance and gave a written application to the branch.The Branch did gone through my application and after some days I was conveyed by them that my resign request has been accepted and the status of my agency is now resigned.But to my utter surprise I found that my pan Card is still tagged in IRDAI agency portal and they are making me beleive that they cannot untagged my Pan card from the portal.In this connection I want the authority to immediately intervene in this matter and untag my pan card from Irdai Agency portal website as soon as possible

                      My policy bearing no[protected] has matured on 02.08.2022 and M/sBirla Life Insurance has remitted the maturity proceeds vide cheque no. 576489 dt. 02.08.2022. After retirement, I have shifted my residence to Bengaluru and therefore, the aforesaid cheque which was mailed to my Navi Mumbai was not received by me before its maturity and therefore the validity period of the cheque is over. At present I am residing at Bengaluru. I had sent a letter to its Regd Office at One India Bulls Centre Towers, Mumbai seeking thein assistance in reissue/revalidation of the cheque. So far I have not received anycommunication.

                        I’m Dr. Amritpal Singh Narula, a privilege customer of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance.
                        My Case is that I had three ABSL insurance policies, out of which one policy got matured last year in August 2021 (Policy No[protected]. Your representatives Mr.Rahul and Mr. Chandarkant Tripathi started calling me for meeting to complete the maturity formalities. I was very happy that ABSL taking care of their customers very well. Then they made several visit to my home to complete the necessary paperwork for maturity proceeding in July and August months of 2021.

                        After completing the formalities I received maturity proceeding (Approx-7.09lacs) which was less with my expectation, I raised the question but he( Mr.Rahul) said the reason about the market fluctuations and all.

                        On 01/09/2022 morning I received a SMS from my Bank that amount 1, 02, 250/- has been debited toward Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Co., I got shocked and immediately went to Bank then I come to know that ABSL insurance company deducted that amount for Life Insurance policy in my name which I never bought. I checked the scanned debit mandate linked to my bank account which is attached with the letter. My signature was forged on the mandate. I never signed any mandate for policy. In fact I never bought any fresh policy.

                        Then I more enquire about this scam and come to know that a new policy is issued (P.No[protected]. First premium of the policy deducted from my matured policy[protected] amount. My email id, mobile number as well as my address on the policy was intentionally put wrong by Mr. Rahul and Mr Chanderkant Tripathi So I couldn’t receive any communications from Insurance Co. My Aadhar copy got forged which I submitted for maturity proceedings. This forged aadhar was used as address proof of new policy.
                        That’s why I never got any communication/policy document of this so called new policy either at my address or on my phone or email.

                        I want you to do thoroughly investigation this matter and take strict action against the employee. I’m going to file police complaint against the employee. Also want you to refund the amount with appropriate interest. Kindly check and also tell me what was the exact surrender amount of my policy No.[protected].

                        I really fail to understand why Aditya Birla Company hire these types of criminal minded employees who play with client money and emotions.

                          I am Meraj Haider Khan, Policyholder of Child Classic Plan[protected] requested for closure of the policy by physically visiting Aditya Birla Sunlife office in Paraygraj, UP on 23.07.22.
                          The office employee took my PAN card, Adhar card, Bank details and signatures on some of the blank forms.
                          I asked them if I need a full refund of my surrender value of the policy (approx Rs. 11, 23000) But I received only 6, 23, 000/- in my account ([protected]) on 27.07.22.
                          I am afraid, the remaining five lakh rupees, the company is trying to invest in some of the ULIP fund for which I was not interested. Company employees, Mr. Jitendra Saxena and Mr. Rahul gave me misleading and false information and without my consent Rs. 5 lakhs were debited from the surrendered policy value for investing in some of the ULIP fund for their vested interest.
                          It is, therefore, requested that my full surrendered policy value should be credited in my account without being invested in any other fund. If the process of investment has been started, please stop it and refund the money back in my account. I had requested the company Praygraj office (Mr. Jitendra Saxena and Mr. Rahul) in this regard but no action was taken by them.
                          Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

                                  I got a call from a person who claimed to be working for Birla Sun Life (Shweta Kapoor). She told that there is a bonus announced for your policy. And there is an agent who wants to claim this amount. If you want to claim this amount, then all you need to do is to remove this agent from your policy & add your USER ID to the policy. Once this is done, you can claim this bonus amount.
                                  I call from GBIC Ananya Ahuja and your claim amount is 155450 rs and you need small process from govt Return govt fund you need to pay 30000 with in 29.03.2022 and i reject what she says and immediately.

                                    I got a call from a person who claimed to be working for Birla Sun Life (Shweta Kapoor). She told that there is a bonus announced for your policy. And there is an agent who wants to claim this amount. If you want to claim this amount, then all you need to do is to remove this agent from your policy & add your USER ID to the policy. Once this is done, you can claim this bonus amount.

                                    Part-2
                                    She said you will get a call from Government Body Insurance Corporation for more details & the procedure.

                                    Part-3
                                    I got a call within half an hour from the person who claim to be working for Government Body Insurance Corporation (which is supposed to be a part of IRDA). The name of the so-called person is Ananya. She was quite meticulous in the instructions & asked me to note the process.
                                    Process of ScamThe process of the scam is called Agent Code Deactivation. And to do this one must create an account to by "Return Government Fund". I have to pay 50, 000/- to open the account. I will receive the money-back with an interest of 12% after a year which totals up to Rs 56, 000/-Then I had to choose an option of which insurance company to be used for investment. There were two options, 1- Bharti AXA Life Insurance 2- Canara HSBC Life Insurance.
                                    I had to send my documents like PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, passport size photo & Cancelled cheque over Whatsapp to open the account.
                                    After that, a link would be sent to me to make the payment & which in turn will generate the user id. Then I would a get dummy bond paper from Bharati Axa in the next 15 days. After that, I will get a fund transfer letter within 30 days with password details. And I was told not to share this with anyone. So considerate of them for my privacy.
                                    And finally, the bonus of the agent commission will be credited to my account within 90 days.
                                    Which financial institution asks for documents over Whatsapp?
                                    BTW, it seems that was some data leak as they had the policy details, date of policy start & the premium amount.
                                    The question is how did I get suspicious? The answer is in the math & some basics on document sharing.1 - The guaranteed return of 12% by a government instrument. This is impossible.2 - Amount of bonus to be received. That amount is about 10 times the yearly premium amount. This is completely ridiculous.3- Using Whatsapp for Document sharing
                                    To be honest, it is quite a good try to scam people to extort money.
