I’m Dr. Amritpal Singh Narula, a privilege customer of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance.
My Case is that I had three ABSL insurance policies, out of which one policy got matured last year in August 2021 (Policy No[protected]. Your representatives Mr.Rahul and Mr. Chandarkant Tripathi started calling me for meeting to complete the maturity formalities. I was very happy that ABSL taking care of their customers very well. Then they made several visit to my home to complete the necessary paperwork for maturity proceeding in July and August months of 2021.
After completing the formalities I received maturity proceeding (Approx-7.09lacs) which was less with my expectation, I raised the question but he( Mr.Rahul) said the reason about the market fluctuations and all.
On 01/09/2022 morning I received a SMS from my Bank that amount 1, 02, 250/- has been debited toward Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Co., I got shocked and immediately went to Bank then I come to know that ABSL insurance company deducted that amount for Life Insurance policy in my name which I never bought. I checked the scanned debit mandate linked to my bank account which is attached with the letter. My signature was forged on the mandate. I never signed any mandate for policy. In fact I never bought any fresh policy.
Then I more enquire about this scam and come to know that a new policy is issued (P.No[protected]. First premium of the policy deducted from my matured policy[protected] amount. My email id, mobile number as well as my address on the policy was intentionally put wrong by Mr. Rahul and Mr Chanderkant Tripathi So I couldn’t receive any communications from Insurance Co. My Aadhar copy got forged which I submitted for maturity proceedings. This forged aadhar was used as address proof of new policy.
That’s why I never got any communication/policy document of this so called new policy either at my address or on my phone or email.
I want you to do thoroughly investigation this matter and take strict action against the employee. I’m going to file police complaint against the employee. Also want you to refund the amount with appropriate interest. Kindly check and also tell me what was the exact surrender amount of my policy No.[protected].
I really fail to understand why Aditya Birla Company hire these types of criminal minded employees who play with client money and emotions.
