[Resolved]  Birla Sun Life Insurance Company — Company is not standing on its commitment

Dear Sir/Mam, The representative of M/S Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd had committed me to pay the loan against my plan. But after 04 months later they are not responding. The company representative Mr. Amit contacted me thru phone and promised to arrange the loan against plant but now he is neither picking my phone nor reply. He also committed that if i will pay Rs 2000 extra then company will reimbursed the medical expenses without any hospitalization after producing the bills. But when i contact to Birla Sun Life customer Care they refused for the same and say sorry for wrong commitemnt. Here i am requesting you, kindly do the needful against my complaint.
