is there anyone who is listening to customers
first they mis sell the policy than they don't give any interest
then when you visit there office to deposit the documents as guided and requested in the mail, the branch staff is not aware and wasted almost 2 hours. frustrating and embarrassing the customer
then they request to send the resolution mail on there email id as they are not able to see there records
then they ask for documents which is not mentioned in the mail. branch asking for id proof which is not mentioned in the mail and policy holder is himself visiting the branch.
then they do not give any acknowledgement for the submission of documents Was this information helpful? |
