[Resolved]  Birla Sun Life — Non payment of policy proceeds on cancellation

I had taken a policy from Biral Sun Life Insurance Company Limited at M G Road, Ernakulam which matured on 24.05.2016. The maturity proceeds was supposed to be credited to my account. Even after 3 months it has not been credited. The officials in Ernakulam office is making me run from pillar to post. I went o M G Road office 3 times to get a solution to this issue, but non one at that office is ready to help me. This is absolutely unprofessional service from BSLI M G Road, Kochi/Cochin/Ernakulam office.
