Birla Sun Life — not getting reset on pf withdrawal

My name is vikas & i am ex employee of birla sunlife insurance company ltd from mumbai. I had sent several follow up email regarding pf withdraw but there is no response from any of team form past two months, only i am getting email stated that "our concern team is working on it you will get resolution with 48 hour" but i didn't received any email or call from their respective team. Also, their customer support team not responding.

Please help to get my pf as i am following with them from pas two months.
