Dear sir, Pls note i have applied for the term insurance vide application number"OS0020702" and have made the payment twice by mistake. The amount has been credited in the account of birla sunlife and have recieved the following reciept against both the payments. "[protected] "dated Insurance Advisor: 002465 TPD Direct Marketing Channel Date: 16/03/2015 14:41 "[protected]" Insurance Advisor: 002465 TPD Direct Marketing Channel Date: 16/03/2015 14:49 I am chasing for last 14 days to get the reimbursement for one of the premium which is paid extra regret there are no replies. kindly help me in getting the money back.
