Birla Sun Life — regarding my full & final amount and pf

I was worked in birla sunlifeinsurance between[protected], after releiving this job, i have submitthed all the documnets related my full & final settelmet and my pf related.. Company hr told me that kindly provide your reporting persons approval. I have submitted all the approvals from my seniour and also my senior mailed to hr that their is no dues on my side, still birla hr is not provide me my full & final settlement amount and also i m not able to withdrawl my pf number as they did not provide me the uan number of my pf account.. Its almost eight years completed and no one can provide me satisfactory response.
