I have submitted my claim on 14th march and uploaded all required documents on your website and also send the scan copies on mail. I got the confirmation for this but after 10 days i was not getting any revert from your side.
I tried to call the customer care for last 3-4 days and even i also sent a mail for to you for this but didn't got any revert.
after so many times on 1st April your customer care finally picked my call and said that documents was not uploaded .Once again I upload all documents.
Now request to you please take up this matter and revert me on priority.
