I met with an accident on that day my phone was damage and my knee was factured the doctor has said me not to walk nd take proper bed rest for that i have given the medical to the company after that the were asking fot the discharge letter how can i give nd asking for additional prof pf dilay of intimation i gave givrn the docter prescription paper than also they have canceled my claim 1st time i have insured my phone so how come i will be knowing the process of insurance that i have to infrom u at that time that also tha person is dying but he has to infrm u 1st

    On date which my got switch off before 2 days heavy rainfall in my area because of that liquid get inside my phone but I don't know what happened exactly so I told to insurance compny that I don't know how it's got liquid damaged and when I said them truth. They told me to give estimate copy of this phone from sony customer care I sned them then they said your phone is totally damaged so we will give you half payment please send me phone with accessories and ID proof with phone bill I sended. Than after someday they said we need affidavit that account holder and the name which mention at ID proof both are same. Then I went to court and sended then they are asking for another ID proof ... I have sended PAN card, Aadhar card, votor ID and my birth certificate too. I said them I don't have more than this ID so please don't ask for anything more. They are asking again for new ID. I got tempered and said from where I will brought new Id with same name.. on my bank account My name is Abhishek kumar anand kishor jha

    I already provided affidavit than what is the meaning of asking new ID.
    now they are saying your claim is rejected because u don't know the reason of damage your phone.
    if they don't want to approve my claim then what is the meaning of asking many thing in their process I got 3000 loss then total loss of customer. Please read my message and give some positive reply.

      I bought samsung mobile model a-500 from Jasmin Mobile, kunj plaza, vadodara Gujarat, . I got it insured through biscoot mobile insurance at Gujarat. 8 months later on my phone displayed crack and as per biscoot process. i have to send them all there require document. SAMSUNG A5, MOBILE, bill, box, estimated sheet, declaration form, claim form, and all what they need they told me my claim is approved and they take my claim in total loss to they transfer Rs.8194 Amount in my account. i was give them all my bank details cheque and all which they want. and after few day they told your claim is rejected and now they are neither giving money nor giving Mobile. every time i call them my balance is continues deducted and they not giving me proper resolution every time they give 24 to 48 Hrs. but as usual there is no solution. Please help me take accessory action. including insurance my phone price Rs 19394 and it's very big amount for me. Request you to please help me soon as possible. i have all proof which i was given to biscoot.

        My mobile is with biscoot insurance and it s been 2 months i have not got it back this insurance is the worse i have seen in my entire life and when i call customer care nobody is there to pick call and my balance got deduct everyday i make calls and by chance if they pick up call they only part is not there what the hell i mean it is taking too long to get repaired . I want reply as soon as possible and my mobile back therwise serious action going to be happen.

          I triped and fell a few day back. The phone fell from my pocket and cracked. Now i am running from vendor to servce centre to biscoot. They are doing all in the power not to settle the claim.
          Please note my mail as of this moring. This would be the 5th in the last 5 days :

          This is incredible :
          I call your helpline, i am told i will be attended to shortly. After holding the phone for more than 5 minute, the phone gets disconnected.
          I connect again and i am told that today is a holiday,
          With respect to the mail bellow : i am not sure what else i need to write in the descrition. Do i need to tell you the clothes i was wearing including undergarments.
          If you wanted photos of the imei number, why dont teach your vendor and service centre. Yesterday, i have thepleasure of going twice to the vendor and2 servoce centre. How come they never told me.

This is the big question for your company that please reply me have any single claim processed by your side to any one??? And what is your tat to process a claim amount untill / unless all formalities complected by customer side and the same has confirmed by your (Biscoot) customer care on mail and on telephonic ally.               I lost my tablet on 7 july bearing imei number -[protected] while travelling. i lodged a form complaint over phone on 8 july 2016. i received intimation & claim number - [protected].
              I was asked to submit the documents in 5 day. i formally replied that since i am travelling it will take some time to collect it and it will be possible when i reach my place. apart i started to collect and later started to upload documents online (www.biscootsecure.com/claim) as and when i got the documents like fir (sden-911/16/[protected] etc.

              Later i sent all original documents by dtdc currier on 19 july 2016 and status of the same is delivered. following is the status report of dtdc

              Origin: guwahati - ulubari - guwahati booking date
              Tuesday, july, 19, 2016 status delivered destination: mumbai

              I am getting mails that documents are not complete. on the contrary i have had uploaded documents several times submitted to different offices. like the bsnl call barring form i submitted to chapra where my tab lost. they blocked my sim, took the form but not gave any receipt as they wanted to be resubmitted to mother branch. that also was uploaded then mother branch receipt was also uploaded, new sim issue slip was also sent. fir with dr no was uploaded and sent. i am unable to understand what else i require to do.

              While taking the insurance the process was smooth and quick but now i am facing huge problem.

              The basic for claims -
              1. fir with dairy no
              2. claim form
              3. declaration form
              5. bsnl receipt of my request to block and issue new sim.
              6. receipt of new sim
              7. id and other proof
              8. original invoice
              9. other documents as relvant

              All above uploaded online time to time as and when i arranged those
              Pleas help to get this claim settled.

                My i phone 6 plus was stolen from my car parked on road side breaking the window glass on 17/04/2016, at Rahama, Cuttack, Odisha, at 5.30 pm. FIR was lodged at Tirtol ps on same day at 7pm. Sim barring was done on 18/04/2016.
                All the document received by Biscoot insurance on 25 April, as evident from the reply mail .However company is asking for the original sim barring, of which I have send a xerox copy with original seal & original signature of the officer of bsnl. They say that original sim barring is an application to barr calls in the sim & to issue duplicate sim hence it becomes a document of the office as to the cause of sim barring & cannot be given.Only the xerox copy is given to consumers with seal & signature which is equivalent to original.I have intimated to the insurance company several times over phone & mail, but each time i receive a fixed mail that "document incomplete" without any answer to my question. I want to get cost of my hand set.

                      Plese advice suitable lawyer to fight against moble insurance for below incident.
                      I purcased note 4 mobile wih mobile insurance from blu mobiles, sahakar nagar. They sold me universal or biscoot insurance in the name of all india insurance. This insurance processed the document for more than 6 months and after 6months they say i have not intimated within 48hrs of incident/damage of your phone. Because no phone will have the call log to prove the same. Please share me way fward if you know..

                        From last 3 month i'm suffering by their service, in a day i'm calling more than 50 times till the auto-cut always busy,

                        When i send my documents they said your insurance claim has approved in terms of total loss, i said i dont want any money just repair my mobile display they said no,

                        They told me to submit my mobile to their mombay office address for claim, i did it as they said, after sending a mobile i called have they receive my mobile they said yes they received it and payment will done within 21 days as per company policy,

                        I wait for a 35 days and called they told me they don't know about it. After a few days i got mail they said i need to submit mobile charger and hands free, so i have told them when i send you a box containing mobile they should inform me within 7 days after receiving mobile, and now they after 40 days they says i need to send mobile charger and hands free which shows lack of their service.

                        As they have send me a email which is not mentioned where i should reply

                          I have purchased a samsung galaxy e7 mobile on 11th march 2015 and insured it from biscoot mobile insurance co. On 2nd janurary 2016 its screen and display got damaged due to accident. on same day i went to mobile shop for insurance claim, they demanded original mobile invoice, my photo id and adress proof and mobile estimate made by samsung authorised service centre . i handed over all the documents and did all the formalities by next day . they posted the same documents to insurance co. on 6th jan.
                          after 2-3 days i got my intimation or complain no. by txt message and this was the ist and last response from the ins co. after that they ahve not made any reply either by call or text or email.
                          from last 2 months i regularly call to customer care of the ins co. but they dont take any positive action against my claim rather they make silly excuses that the co.'s policy have changed and i will soon receive a call from them for new intimation or complain no. but as i said above they dont respond.
                          so i request you to take urgent strict action against my complain.

                                Hi,
                                My sony experia c3 mobile was theft in indore at palasia signal, this incidence took place while i was on the signal, a male came and hit me and then my phone fell down, before i get my mobile that person took my mobile and ran away, i even shouted but there was huge traffic for someone to hear me.
                                I also informed them that this is the incidence happened at traffic signal so as a proof they can check the traffic camera clips as well, as i can not access those clips, this incidence happened on 23 nov 2015 and still they are not replying properly, giving reasons that i have not provided the documents on time, as a proof i am also having receipt of courier through which i have send my all documents and mails which shows that i have mailed all my documents on time.
                                They are delaying this claim for no proper reason.
                                Please help me with this as i am still mailing them and they don't reply me back (Even a single mail).

                                  I bought samsung mobile model a-500 from m/s sidshewari communications jammu . I got it insured through biscoot mobile insurance agent mr amit at jammu . Two months later on 11.01.2016 when i was using my mobile in while depositing cash in the bank, the customer standing besides me unknowingly struck my arm and my mobile fell down and got its screen broken and i filed insurance claim through company's claim officer mr. Akhil kumar on 11.01.2016 for rs 7318/= estimated by samsung repair shop. I have provided all the relevant documents and information regarding the incident. It is almost four months have gone and they have not passed my claim till date. They are unnecessarily delaying the claim and asking me to provide this information or that information without any reason

                                      I purchased a phone 01 august 2015 i insured it.
                                      I filed a claim and it was approved after 2 months then i repaired my phone and sent all the documents along with repair bill.
                                      Until now i have not any payment. Every time i call them they say wait for 10-15 days . And they don`t reply to my email.
                                      Kindly take strict action against them.

                                              I have submitted my claim on 14th march and uploaded all required documents on your website and also send the scan copies on mail. I got the confirmation for this but after 10 days i was not getting any revert from your side.

                                              I have Complent your company that i had loss of my mobile Samsung galaxy j7 and my Complent number is [protected] and your costumer care told me that I have sent email to your mail I'd for process of Complent and form but I did not received a mail and my mailed is [protected]@gmail.com if I don't cover my insurance and Complent solution that after I will Complent consumer foram office of your insurance company .
                                              Sir Im experiencing same scenario . Can you tel me what solution did you get ?? So that i can also follow your procedure to clam my lost samsung j7 mobile.

                                                    Sir i registered a claim CLAIM NO. [protected] for my mobile Samsung E7 july 2015 with UNIVERSAL INSURANCE COMPANY'S MOBILE INSURANCE
                                                    ( BISCOOT MOBILE INSURANCE) as its screen got broken. As per the instructions given by universal insurance company and biscoot mobile insurance people i submitted all the documents and got my phone repaired. they approved my claim in august 2015. but till now they haven't paid the amount. Every time i call them they ask me to wait for 10-15 days. it been already 7 months and they haven't done anything. they just keep my calls on wait if i ask them to connect to their seniors. and most of the time they say our managers are not present. i have been listening to their excuses for last 7 months like some technical issue is there n wait for 10 days. and again after 10-15 days the same things they say. i am totally fed up with BISCOOT MOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY and it looks like a insurance fraud. sir kindly look into the matter and do needful. These biscoot insurance people are cheat, and doing some fraud business and looting public in the name of insurance.

                                                      Sir, My mobile samsung S 5 damage claim ref no [protected] has been approved on 2nd july 2015 of 30274 Rs, but till now they didnt clear my amount, when ever i call they told me to wait 10 to15 days, six month has been gone but 10 to 15 days didnt come, company given me number of kamlesh ([protected]) to contact he also giving same ans frm 2 month now kamlesh has told me to contact chetan ([protected]) frm mumbai, but he is not my recieving call, So sir plz help me company is not giving any fix ans, Nazam Inam [protected]
