From last 3 month i'm suffering by their service, in a day i'm calling more than 50 times till the auto-cut always busy,
When i send my documents they said your insurance claim has approved in terms of total loss, i said i dont want any money just repair my mobile display they said no,
They told me to submit my mobile to their mombay office address for claim, i did it as they said, after sending a mobile i called have they receive my mobile they said yes they received it and payment will done within 21 days as per company policy,
I wait for a 35 days and called they told me they don't know about it. After a few days i got mail they said i need to submit mobile charger and hands free, so i have told them when i send you a box containing mobile they should inform me within 7 days after receiving mobile, and now they after 40 days they says i need to send mobile charger and hands free which shows lack of their service.
As they have send me a email which is not mentioned where i should reply Was this information helpful? |
