1) first go the sony centre and get my phone repaired.
2) come to biscoot along with the bill to biscoot insurance and the insurance
Payable amount will be transferred into account.
I have followed every steps. Care even ask to give a cancel check to verify account. I have provided them that too.
As my phone was damaged imei number was changed as they changed the motherboard. Now as the imei number has changed!! The company "biscoot" customer care is not replying to me!!
The bill was of rs 26915.06 to be exact and the company has still not given the money of insurance!!
