Biscoot Secure — Replacement of mobile phone | |||||
I have purchased E 471 micromax mobile phone on date 28/06/15 from deep radios[protected], sadar bazar, jhansi (U.P.) phone no. [protected], [protected] and got insured with Biscoot secure. one day my mobile phone got damaged then after i submitted in deep radios 347 jhansi before six months ago but still now he can not return my mobile phone back and suggest me to direct contact with biscoot secure. and when i contact with biscoot secure he ask me complaint no. of related issue. he also not given me any complaint no. or any thing else related to this issue. mobile IMEI [protected] and S/N V[protected] I UNDERSTAND COMPLAINT NO. is compulsory but i dont have because he does not provided. so please help me in this issue. attachment : copy of bill thanks and regards anand shrivastava Was this information helpful? | |||||
