I am one of passenger (3a) who is traveling in today's train number 12793 from tirupathi. .
Here i have faced the same issue which i had given a complaint for the same thing. .
Even today i was charged 20rs for 1litre water bottle instead of 15rs (M. R. P). .
So i don't know when this kind of issue won't repeat again in our indian railways. .
I hope action would be initiated for such a small things. .
Issue may be small but many are getting cheated as they were not aware of. .
