My money is stuck with them for around 3 weeks . I've applied for withdrawal on 15th June but i still haven't received any update on when will I receive my money. At first they replied when i raised tickets but but my last three tickets have been left unanswered.

I applied for INR withdrawal on 15th Jun' 2022. Bitbns app was showing i would receive my money within 7 buisness days. But i received my money on Jul' 8th 2022. My complaint was resolved on 8th Jul 2022.
