Dear sir/mam, I want to complaint against bizhub consultancy company (Live tasker aurangabad) My name is amita from delhi. I saw an online jobs in quicker and applied on september 4th. One lady called me on september 5th and told me about online data entry job (Form filling work). She asked my whats up no. For giving company information and procedure. I read information and procedure. They said that they are providing 1500 page forms to fill and submit.1350 page need accurate (90%). Otherwise they will charge fine 4300 rupees. If we finish successfully they will pay 20 rupees per page. And they will deduct 4300 for service charge. I am first time on online job. After i read details and they told me to give my full name and id proof for registration. I given aadhar card photo as they requested. They sent link and license agreement and otp. I accepted too. Finally they said they will provide user id and password for access data. After they called me and verified my name date of birth. And sent their licence agreement to email. Nd they finally sent user id and password. I started my work nd submit my final work with 100% accuracy on september 15th. Today i got some emails and calls from this company and they said i am failed to complete my job and pay admin charges. (4300). my adhaar photo also with them. They will file a case against me. Just now they called my number and told me that they are going to file a case by today afternoon. I don't have money to pay them. So please help me and resolve this issue... Now i found that they are fraud and have fooled alot of people i dont want to pay any money to them they are using the exact same contract for everyone with different company names please help me out here. Tell me what should i do. This company is a fraud company nd they abused me nd harassing me.. They didn't knw how to talk with girls.. The man he called me started abusing me.. I said why cant you send it to me, and also when i asked them why did you contact after a month regarding this, they started abusing me with extremely bad words and said we will send legal complaint. As anyone received the legal complaint, can you please help, what did you do for this ?

their court paper is fake, dont worry. a court paper needs sign of both the parties to be valid.
i just received a mail from Adv. Patel mentioning all the legal sections and they have charged extra 2000 i.e., 4300+2000. what is the next step i should take in order to resolve the issue? and i know that they can manipulate the data which i have submitted and i have a proof too. so if anyone found something useful regarding it then, please reply.

they r giving out photoshopped copy of the same court paper, but until a court paper is signed by both the parties its not valid, also both parties need to have a physical copy of it duly signed. they r also failing to say what exact clause has been breached, and also why livetasker still showing qc in progress, if its in progress then how come my contract is terminated of i m in breach of contract. they are fraud and so is their contract. ironically the section they r mentioning in the legal document is actually apllicable to them. dont worry just block them, or if have mioney and time lodge a FIR.

Bizhub Consultancy is really a fraud company. I am also getting the same legal notice from this company. Don't know what to do in this situation?

i just posted a copy of the same complaint in Consumer Saathi.{ https://www.consumersathi.com }.
They've sent an escalated mail to Bizhub Consultancy regarding the same issue . They've said that if i'm not satisfied with the response, they will file a legal notice against the team.
Also, latest update, about half an hour back, the same guy who abused me from Bizhub called me again and very politely asked me when i would pay the admin charges. When i asked him for the QC report, he asked me again, if i would pay. i asked him to shut up and send me the legal notice if he dared.
Will keep you posted if i receive anything from those frauds. Please do keep me posted as well if there has been resolution in any of your cases,
