मेरा नाम रमेश पैड़ी है। मैं बीजक एल्गो सॉफ्टवेयर सॉल्यूशन लिमिटेड का एम्पलाई दीपक अग्रवाल एवं ईशानी मैडम बोलने एवं प्रॉफिट का स्क्रीनशॉट दिखाने पर के अनुसार महीने 18 दिसंबर 2023 को 5499 का 1 महीने का प्लान लिया गया था। उसे प्लान में खरीदने के बाद पहला दिन तो प्रॉफिट हुआ था लेकिन उसमें लगातार लॉस होने लगा। उसे लाश की वजह से मैंने उनसे पूछा कि रोज लाश क्यों हो रहा है।
इस बात पर उनका कहना है कि इस कम पैसा वाला स्ट्रेटजी में लॉस होता है आपको मल्टीप्ल स्ट्रेटजी का प्लान लेना होगा उसका दाम है 56000 rs। मैं उनको बोला है की इतना पैसा नहीं दे पाऊंगा। मेरा बात पर उनका कहना है कि अब तक जो लाश हुआ है उसे लाश को 56000 में माइनस करके 35500 पे करने पर आपको 6 महीने के लिए यह प्लान दिया जाएगा, तो मैं उनका कहने का अनुसार 35500 पे करके दोबारा मल्टीप्ल स्ट्रेटजी का प्लान लिया गया था। (टोटल paid amount 41000+loss amount 15000)total=56000/-
एक 56000 का मल्टीप्ल स्ट्रेटजी लेने के बाद मुझे दो-तीन दिन प्रॉफिट हुआ था, लेकिन चौथा दिन से जितना प्रॉफिट हुआ उससे डबल मुझे लॉस हुआ था, मैं उनसे कहां है कि यह स्ट्रेटजी भी आपका सॉफ्टवेयर जब काम नहीं कर रहा है तो मुझे मेरा पैसा को रिटर्न किया जाए,
अब तक मुझे बहुत लाश हुआ है एवं अभी तक मुझे रिटर्न नहीं मिला कोई रिस्पांस भी नहीं कर रहा है।
