I am writing to file a complaint against Bizxtech Solutions India Private Limited (Website: https://bizxtechsolutionsindia.com/) for misleading practices and cheating in the name of algorithmic trading software.
I received a call on 30th March 2026 from their representative (Ms. Bhavna, Mobile: +[protected] regarding their algo trading software. Initially, I was not interested, but they continuously followed up through calls and WhatsApp messages. They kept sending profit screenshots, Demat statements of other users, and payment proofs to convince me that the software is profitable.
After almost two weeks of continuous follow-ups and seeing these profit claims, I made a payment of INR 5, 900/- on 16th April 2026.
After payment:
The software activation was delayed by around 3 days
Once activated, I tested the software and it continuously showed losses
When I raised concerns, I was told: “Sir, basic plan mein loss hota hai, aap Premium le lo”
This was never informed before purchase. I was misled with profit screenshots to make the payment.
I requested a refund, but the company has refused to provide any refund or proper resolution and instead tried to push me to upgrade to a higher-priced plan.

Legal Aspects:
This act amounts to cheating under Section 420 IPC and online fraud under Section 66D of the IT Act.

I request strict action against this company and a refund of my amount. Such companies are misleading people and causing financial losses, and necessary action should be taken to prevent further fraud.
