Hi,
I purchased two suit from blackberry clothing online store, as I fit was not proper I returned both the product as smaller size was not available. Refund for one suit was done and for the other one it was pending and after several follow ups on email (as customer care number never connected after waiting for 5-10 minutes gets disconnected automatically) they said it has been initiated and will be reflecting in 3-5 days and its been more then a month I am following up with them but I am not sure why i am getting the refund.
Not expected from such a brand and I am really pissed its not a small amount 11k is much for me.
