I purchased two suit from blackberry clothing online store, as I fit was not proper I returned both the product as smaller size was not available. Refund for one suit was done and for the other one it was pending and after several follow ups on email (as customer care number never connected after waiting for 5-10 minutes gets disconnected automatically) they said it has been initiated and will be reflecting in 3-5 days and its...

This is in concern that your lajpat nagar, central market, new Delhi outlet is not giving the offers to the members as per the outlets, today this happened 2nd time, so thought to right this as a complaint, I got the SMS from black berry of flat 50% off + 10% off on exclusive stores for members, but when I went on central market, lajpat nagar, new Delhi outlet, they said this offer is for only winter wear but not on shirt...
