No refund from blackberry even after mailing multiple times.
It's been more than 60 days and still i have not received the refund of 3500.
Worst customer service by blackberry clothings.

I purchased two suit from blackberry clothing online store, as I fit was not proper I returned both the product as smaller size was not available. Refund for one suit was done and for the other one it was pending and after several follow ups on email (as customer care number never connected after waiting for 5-10 minutes gets disconnected automatically) they said it has been initiated and will be reflecting in 3-5 days and its been more then a month I am following up with them but I am not sure why i am getting the refund.
Not expected from such a brand and I am really pissed its not a small amount 11k is much for me.

This is in concern that your lajpat nagar, central market, new Delhi outlet is not giving the offers to the members as per the outlets, today this happened 2nd time, so thought to right this as a complaint, I got the SMS from black berry of flat 50% off + 10% off on exclusive stores for members, but when I went on central market, lajpat nagar, new Delhi outlet, they said this offer is for only winter wear but not on shirt and trousers or other, I asked it is not written on selected items, also after this I went on another black berry outlet south extensions, new Delhi outlet, they offer it as 50% off on selected shirts, trousers, winter wear +10 % off, also 10% off on all other offer non offer items as a member, but central market, lajpat nagar outlet manipulated the offer, this happened 2nd time with the member. Looking for your kind action for manipulating the member offers. This happened 2nd time with me.
