Blackberry Garments — defective product refused to replace

I purchased one pair of trousers from Blackberry store in Ambience Mall Gurgaon and due the defective product i returned it to the store.

And store manager asked time of 1 week to get back on the response regarding what can be done with the product.

After 2-3 days i received a message stating that "Dear, , , , , Your request for Ticket Id SR36 has been Rejected. Please Contact Store AMBI MALL GURGAON. For any other further assistance call on [protected] or email [protected]@blackberrys.com"

I tried to call the number mentioned above several times to understand the reason behind why Blackberry rejected my complaint of defective product when it was really a manufacturing defect.

Even store manager with just one look said that yes it's a manufacturing defect.

I paid 2400 for the defective product that too of a well established and known brand and now they have replied back saying that they can't replace the product due to company policy.
