I has purchased a new blazer and after one day i found that the threads are opened out by their own even at some places it was not stitched properly it was totally a defective piece ....

I purchage a leather jacket before 2 yrs but wear only few times, before 4 months i saw my jacket was damaged. I have purchased tht jacket near 7 or 8 thousands rs. I heard before abt blackberry brand is world class brand but my experiences is not too good wid dis product. Pls replace my product and make my faith again on blackberry brand. Many time i go to outlet but every time they make me fool.

I purchased one pair of trousers from Blackberry store in Ambience Mall Gurgaon and due the defective product i returned it to the store.

Dear sir. I m madhusudhan. K from mysore, i am very old customer to blackberry and i am very comfortable to wear this brand.in august 2017 i bought a trouser black pant in blackberry mysore branch. With in a two wash the colour was shaded, it is look like a old pant. I am not expecting exchange pant. Blackberry is a good brand so don't spoil that brand name.

Leather is coming off from a jacket which is only two winters used and it was purchased from modman love lane hazratganj in the name of sanjay verma on 27th december 2015 invoice no 4767. This jacket is highly maintained and kept in hanging position when not in use this product was away from contact of water and any liquid still it's leather is coming out kindly resolve my problem...
