BlackBerry Limited — Blackberry P'9981

I am a frequent buyer of mobiles specially blackberry and I bought the Blackberry Porsche (P'9981) on 5th July 2012. But this mobile is not working fine initially also I had lot of problems with it which were manageable however for the first time to my surprise blackberry People(Service Centre) gave me a surprise by saying that it is not repairable, only replacement can be done for which I have to pay 80% of the New mobile cost. Now as a customer what will I think of Blackberry?????? Nobody gives such a response There is no mobile which cannot be repair any brand.. And If I invested so much on this mobile I am really disheartened to think of buying it again .. If it cannot be repaired then why did you launch such a product, If launched then you should have given clear clarification to customer about it because the money is not less... In total scenario I think I have been fooled because I invested 1.40 Lakh on such a model...If anybody can help me with my problem also I require the nodal officer of Blackberry to whom I can address my problem as My daily routine is getting hampered as you know we all in toady's World are dependent on mobile or else Business runs on mobile.
