One month back i have purchased a blackberry evolve mobile from amazon. I have paid rs. 14390 for purchasing. Unfortunately that mobile fell from my hand and display broken. That time i searched blackberry service center in thiruvananthapuram for changing the display. I came to know that no service centers available in thiruvananthapuram. Then i called blackberry customer care center. One of the executives responded and sent me the contact details of blackberry customer care center in cochin. I have tried to contact them several times. One number is switched off and another one is ringing, but nobody responding. I have send mails regarding this to customer care also. But i have not received any response from anybody. Then how can i travel from thiruvananthapuram to cochin (5 to 6 hours journey) just for giving my mobile to service center for repairing.

Companies have to provide proper service centers for customers. If they could not able to provide services in our area, then they should not sell the product in our area. Other wise company should mention about unavailability of service centers in our area to customer before purchasing their product. Here i have not received any type of intimation about these.

Either my mobile has to be serviced in my nearest place or else they have to provide a new mobile hand set to me.

I am a frequent buyer of mobiles specially blackberry and I bought the Blackberry Porsche (P'9981) on 5th July 2012.
