Blackberry(Research In Motion) — Mobile battery swelled up within 2 months, company not changing it.

I bought a new Blackberry Z10, on 13/07/2014. with IMEI No. [protected]. It stopped working within 2 months from the date of purchase. When I showed it at service center [HCL Infosystems Limited at C-60, Second floor, Sector-2, Near-Nirula Restaurant, Noida, Pin-201301], they told me that the battery is swollen & it won't be covered in warranty where as the details say Accessories & Battery are covered in warranty. I sent multiple eMails to the customer care, but they gave me same response. Even when i told them that i will register in the consumer complaints, they came up with the same response.
