I am writing to complain about a serious issue with an order I recently placed on your app. On May 19th, I ordered a Logitech M350S Pebble Wireless Mouse (INR 1499) but instead received a Logitech M171 Wireless Mouse (INR 599) with my delivery for Order #ORD[protected].
When I reached out to your customer service team about this error, I was incredibly disappointed by the response I received. The representative claimed that since the mouse I had ordered "was very sleek" I should have been able to identify it was the correct model without even opening the box. This is an unacceptable argument.
Firstly, it was Blinkit's responsibility to ensure the correct item was delivered as per my order. As a loyal customer who has used your service for months, I should be able to trust that my orders will be fulfilled properly.
Secondly, the product image on the box is simply a 2D top-view rendering. It would be impossible for any customer to gauge the thickness or "sleekness" of the actual product based solely on that image. Your representative's claim that I should have identified the wrong item before opening it is entirely unreasonable.
I am extremely dissatisfied with both the delivery error and the poor resolution offered by your customer service team. I am requesting that Blinkit rectify this situation by immediately issuing a full refund for the incorrect item or sending me the Logitech M350S mouse that I originally ordered at no additional cost.
