I am writing to complain about a serious issue with an order I recently placed on your app. On May 19th, I ordered a Logitech M350S Pebble Wireless Mouse (INR 1499) but instead received a Logitech M171 Wireless Mouse (INR 599) with my delivery for Order #ORD[protected].

Amount was debited and transaction was successful on 21st July 2023, 6.38 pm. But order was not placed and amount has not been refunded until now.

In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank. But I'm unable to contact Blinkit customer care via call or mail, please take immediate action and do the needful.
