I ordered a boat Bluetooth earphone on 12/4 have/2023. It was a prepaid order and the amount was 1360. The delivery location was Fortis Mulund hospital. As the outer brown blinkit package was sealed I have not checked the package infront of delivery person. Once I opened the packet the inner package of boat headset seal was open and the headset was missing from that. Even though I talked to the the customer care executive multiple times on the same day, they haven't provided any solution. I lost the money and did not got the product. I would like to have a solution for the issue
