Blinkit people blocked my ID saying order delayed, I am telling them that it will open but it is not opening, please get my ID opened please...

I had ordered "Annapurna Brown Ghee" from Blinkit (Order ID: ORD[protected]) on 3rd August 2025. Although the expiry date on the jar was March 2025, I found a black fungal spot inside the ghee when I opened it. The product also had no taste, indicating it had spoiled.

Unfortunately, I had already used the ghee to prepare food for my family, which then had to be thrown away due to safety concerns. This caused both food wastage...

I have ordered various items at 08:24 P.M. on 21/07/2025 and paid the amount through Gpay of Rs. 787/-. The amount debited from my account but the order was not accepted. I have waited for 5 days but the amount was not reversed back to my account. In the Blinkit App there is no provision to raise complaint against such problem. I want my money back at the earliest....

I paid ₹1715 on 13/07/2025 via Shadowfax Partner app for the Blinkit Rider Kit. My ID was successfully created. But when I visited the assigned store (Super Store Kota Borkheda ES19), the manager refused to provide the kit, saying there is no vacancy.

I do NOT want a refund. I am ready to work and request you to assign me to a nearby store with a vacancy.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and resolve my issue.

 I purchased prestige electric induction stove for use of boiling water, so induction stove should be fit into Indian home switch plugin.
If I am unable to use it then what is use of purchasing it. 
I didn't purchase it for showcase.
Please provide refund.
If you don't provide solution or refund  Next time I never going to purchase from your app again and I don't recommend it for others

My footwear is stolen by blinkit delivery guy. I am living Kothnur, Banglore in a rented house. On 13th June around 1PM My neighbour order some items from Blinkit and order delivered by a guy. After my neighbour went inside home, That delivery guy stolen my crocs footwear.

I would like to write a complaint about the problem I am facing with the Blinkit Store app.

It shows available slots for part-time work but when I call the store manager he says we are all fully Staffed.

I made a purchase today of women's shoes for 2 different sizes to avoid last minute hassle.
When the product where delivered to me they didn't had any tag attached to it. But when returning the product its asking for tags. How can I present a tag when its not there?
Now they are denying the return or refund.
It is a clear fraud case where customer is not made aware of the policy and the shopkeeper sends a pair of shoes...

We ordered 2kg pomegranate and they sent only 900 grams. The executive lied over the phone that we order 2kg. He argued that we orders 1kg ans that was only 900gms. They are trying to cheat people. If we did not check they wound have made huge money. This has happened earlier also. Definitely this is a fraud and not a mistake. Please take action on them.

My primary concern is understanding how defective products were allowed to be sold by Blinkit, especially for items meant for children. The inconvenience caused has not only affected the joy of the celebration but has also resulted in reputational damage.
I reside in Dwarka, West Delhi, [PIN Code: 110078], and the gifts were transported to Flat No-F/40 Vijay Laxmi Apartments - I.P Extension, Patparganj, East Delhi, where my nephew resides [PIN Code: 110092]. I have already contacted Blinkit and expressed my willingness to coordinate with my brother or his wife for the collection of the defective toys if their team is willing to pick them up for replacement.
Alternatively, I have requested Blinkit to consider processing a refund for the defective items, taking into account the inconvenience and loss of respect incurred. While I am aware that their policy may typically allow for replacements only, I believe the circumstances in this case warrant special consideration.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure a fair resolution. The defective toys have not only caused financial loss but also emotional distress, especially for a child's special occasion.

They given damaged items and i ask for returning 5. Then when the return came for 5, again 4 of those were damaged and i informed them of the damaged items and i earnestly requested them to not send any replacement....
