I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a defective food product delivered under Order ID ORD[protected] placed on 26th August 2026.
As part of this order, I purchased 40 pouches of Colombian Brew Coffee (MRP ₹2.50 per packet, purchased for ₹99). Upon opening a pouch, I discovered that the coffee inside had completely solidified into a thick, black jelly-like mass. Upon manually inspecting the remaining unopened pouches, every single one has completely hardened/spoiled inside, making them unsafe and unfit for consumption.

Despite being well within its valid shelf life, the product is severely degraded, indicating improper storage conditions prior to delivery or a manufacturing batch defect.
While the automated in-app window has closed, this is a clear merchant quality defect for sealed goods.

Given that the entire quantity of 40 pouches is unusable, I request an immediate full refund of ₹99 to my original payment source.

Their all customer care simply refused to initiate any refund for these damaged spoiled items sold don't want to take any responsibility just skipping everything by saying their will look forward to it very seriously from next time onwards and take this as a feedback.So what will i get with that?They got my money so who cares what feedback they take and take action for their own sell and profit to next customer even if they do so they will never else they should have refunded me straightaway instead of harassing me mail after mail calls etc.and saying the same scripted bot story.
Be very careful avoid buying anything from blinkit stop buying anything from them but from local shops they also take return and refund but a big company like blinkit is playing with people's health by selling spoiled food products not accepting their grave mistake hiding like cowards behind the return window just to earn profit by selling spoiled cheap third graded imported food items which may be hazardous to health.I repeat don't buy anything from blinkit even buy from footpath sellers they may be poor but are genuine and can be trusted.
