Blinkit — Dual payment deducted on 23 Jun from wallet - no refund yet - no one is taking responsibility

I had made double payment on 23rd June. At first attempt your aap hanged and your support executive told me that she has initiated the refund which I will receive in 24 hrs and I should place fresh order. In second attempt order placed and delivered successful. But there was not refund in my paytm wallet. On 24th Jun, I tried to connect with support executive and was shocked to see that on 23rd June (20 min after my leaving chat room, placing order in second attempt and delivered) she mentioned that since order is delivered so there will be no refunds. How can she inform me that? Since 24th June, I have been writing various emails to bliking support and getting irrelevant responses, today I called on customer care number, again customer care disconnected my call. I am only receiving order from blinkit that I have to wait for 5/7 working day and this period is never ending - today is 6th working day. If source of payment is wallet then refund TAT is 24 to 48 hours not 5 to 7 working days.
