I have updated my home address before i made an order. but, still, agent went to the previous address. later he asked for OTP over the phone and promised to come to deliver the product (Earpod One plus, 5, 500 rs) in the new address. but, after giving the OTP, he denied, and in the App, the product showed 'delivered.'
when i raised a complaint, the chat agent terminate the chat, saying, you have given out OTP when it was delivered, so you cannot raised further complaint for non delivery.
The agent was cheating. Now, where is my product? I did not receive the product, nor refund, but it the app it is showing delivered.
