I'm disappointed with Blinkit's recent customer service experience.
On 14th March 2025, I ordered two times Haringhata mutton curry cut valued at rs.1054X2=2108, order id is *ORD[protected]* & *ORD[protected]*. My order was cancelled by the Blinkit company both times.
After they canceled my order, they refunded the amount as a 30-day promo code. This is unacceptable.They have processed the refund via Coupon where as I don't have any information about it, they have to ask me before proceeding with the refund via Coupon, they should take consent from me but without doing anything they just transferred via Coupon, and now they are telling if I don't utilise that coupon it will expire in one month which is very bad. I just want to refund my money through the original source of payment.
I kindly request the Consumer Forum’s intervention in this matter to ensure a fair resolution. I urge you to facilitate the refund of my money to my original source of payment without any further delay.
