I had ordered groceries but it did not come packed as instructed so I refused to accept it. The soft bread was below all the other heavy stuff on top. In spite of giving specific instructions from their app for delivery, they were not followed. The bread was broken and unfit to use. This has happened more than once as i regularly order bread with other things and bread is always at the bottom. The person packing it should realise that bread cannot be at the bottom with heavy stuff above it. I refused delivery so blinkit very conveniently blocked my pay on delivery option. Is this the way to treat customers for no fault of mine. Request a resolution to my problem asap. Was this information helpful? |
