Blinkit — Payment Issue

Hi Team,

I had placed an order on 17th June for Inr 179, I tried paying thru my MobiKwik wallet, the balance got deducted but the order failed at your end. I paid for the order thru credit card 2nd time. I contacted both MobiKwik and Blinkit chat support but didn't receive any resolution. MobiKwik agent said that they paid Blinkit and Blinkit agent said that we have not received any payment.
I have attached the screenshots of the conversation for reference, please assist.
