Blinkit — Striff stylus

I ordered a stylus of brand striff it's didn't mentioned any specification regarding compatibility with the device I sent photo and video too that it's not connecting but they said it's not returnable and no refund can be issued...loss of money and product of no use... Blinkit is not good...
