On 11 Dec 2025, I had ordered 1 kg onion, but I received only 500 g. After talking to the company person, it was agreed that they will send 1 kg as a replacement, and I have to return the 500g to the delivery person.
But I once again received 500g instead of 1 kg. The delivery boy took back the first packet of 500 g, as he had instructions to take back the first packet. I finally got only 500 g, though payment was made for 1 kg.
I could not contact the company through chat, as I get the message that the replacement has already been given, and there is no way I can reopen the case. This is nothing but blatant cheating.
I need reimbursement of the excess amount paid. Was this information helpful? |
