Blk Hospital Delhi — Poor Services, lot of time waste of the patient

I would like to throw some light on the general public at large for the way things are being run at BLK-MAx Hospital, Pusa Road.
It is less of a hospital focussing on the patient's treatment and healthcare but more of money minting business full of greed on how to make a patient and his family's life hell by making holes in their pockets.
I booked an online doctor consultation for Dr. Rohit Gulati (Pain Management) at 10 am on 1st MAY 2023 and reached the hospital on time.
I asked the receptionist where this particular Doctor sits, they are unaware of any such doctor and it took them 30min to figure it out.
Secondly, after figuring it out, the doctor himself is unavailable in the hospital and tells the staff to send the patient to his personal clinic.
This is the height of inconvenience caused to the customer, can't they have any courtesy to inform prior? I especially took off from my office on a Monday morning to consult the doctor.
On top of it, I was continuously receiving reminder text messages to reach on time for the consultation. Later, they sent a text message, that I did not arrive on time for my booked appointment.
When I asked the senior members of the Staff, what should be done, they are like what could they do. If nobody can do anything then I would request to close the Hospital and sit at home because still you people are not doing anything.

This is not the first time, that I have been through such a scenario with BLK-Max Hospital, previously also raised a complaint against BLK-Max Hospital, previously also they did blunders mistakes and refuses to agree about the same.
Last time they made another blunder by mentioning at the top of the Discharge summary a Death Summary which is heights of negligence.
When it came to the notice of the Patients attendant, instead of correcting the same on paper and in their system, still they are just making the attendant run from one place to another.
Additionally, In the daycare facility on the 5th floor, there are 17 beds, costing Rs. 4600 per bed.
There are no separate dustbins present near the beds, a single washroom available for 17 beds, and only 1 sister is available after 5 pm.
When asked for a dustbin to be placed, instead of providing the same, the staff is more inclined towards arguing.

I seriously never recommend BLK Hospital to anyone seeing their carefree attitude towards patients and poor degree of services offered with the highest cost of treatment and consultations.
Most doctors that I come across must be masters in their field of study but lack the basic things like discipline, time management, empathy, and emotional quotient towards the patient.
Lastly, Please Stop saying after making a mistake that it will not be done in the future. The mistakes made by the healthcare industry in itself make the future look bleak and insecure.
