Worst Hospital. Taken my mother's life

BLK Hospital is worst hospital ever. I had chosen Dr. Rohit Bansil Nuero Surgeon for my mother treatment which I think my biggest mistake ever. You guys have to pay for taking my mother's life. If your hospital is CGHS empanelled then why you are hassitating giving admission to CGHS patients. I had to wait for 12 hrs to get my mother admitted and my mother waiting in emergency in critical condition, Just lying on bed.Just making money and...

Poor Services, lot of time waste of the patient

I would like to throw some light on the general public at large for the way things are being run at BLK-MAx Hospital, Pusa Road.
It is less of a hospital focussing on the patient's treatment and healthcare but more of money minting business full of greed on how to make a patient and his family's life hell by making holes in their pockets.
I booked an online doctor consultation for Dr. Rohit Gulati (Pain Management) at 10 am...

My wife was admitted in this hospital and it was the worst experience after being admitted .. No one listens to any of the requests, the landline was not working, patient was delayed food for 7 hrs due to ultrasound and was left in the lobby for more than an hour by the caretaker … The washroom was pathetic for a female patient and the room was stinking …
If services can’t be provided by such a renowned hospital then we should stop serving. I know with this comment I will get a callback which will state sorry for the inconvenience but I am writing this to avoid this happening in future.. This is a big NO to BLK MAX..

    Totally ridiculous behaviour by the doctor n his assistant meenu they don’t consider pannel patients they only give attention to cash patients.       Dr surendra kumar dabas.well named doctor in b.L kapur hospital.my father was there just for hernia surgery.he convinced us for robotic surgery & we believed in him.he punctured large intestines while trying robotic surgery & wasn't even able to proceed & he did manual surgery.how can any hod doctor didn't came to know that he punctured something inside the body.total medical negligence case.as a result, my father died due to septic in multiple organs.he is a murderer & he didn't even realized it.Don't go to such inhuman pathetic doctors or hospitals.they will kill you for money.be careful.he spoiled a happy family.he doesn't know the meaning of excruciating drastic pain which we are going through right now.god will Make you know

        My father p. Ramaiah, 84 yrshad brain surgery on 19th april. He became covid +ve n was moved to hdu unit, 6th floor, 620a. We keep calling to check on his health. However no one picks ph. How can any one not pick ph in hdu. We are told at reception we will connect the call but it doesnt get connected . We have been zo hsp too but no help.

        You can imagine what we are going through ...Pls help to know patient health condition n coonect with dr to know his health condition

            Very poor service, delay in discharge.

            My father Mr. Sushil Lakra 64 yrs of age. admitted in ward no 644 on 6th floor. He was admitted there for leg surgery, but he contracted covid 19 in the hospital itself. He has been admitted in the Covid ward since 10.04.2020. There is no one tending to him. No staff is ready to inform us about his health. Even for hot drinking water he has to wait for the whole day. The nurses are unable to tell us who is the attending doctor. When asked...

            Today we met Dr. Atul prasad neurologist in blk. My husband has Parkinson's. During consultancy when I spoke he suddenly lost his temperament and told me rudely let me speak. I am not saying anything. Vaise bhi aap bahut gyaani ho na(These were his exact words) and pushed all the papers and said ho gaya bas. When my husband asked about the next appointment he said aana ho to aa jaana. This is not the first time. My husband is under his treatment since 2018. Number of times it happened. If we ask anything he always talk rudely but this time he crossed his limit. May be he is a great doctor but he is very bad human being.

              A week dialysis patient did his dialysis & paid amount to billing team via card on which billing team ask that bills will be provided later due to the persons incomplete knowledge to print bill but days gone patient regularly ask to provide the bill but they ignored it from last 22 days... This hospital is pathetic even informing to senior management nobody wake up all are criminals... I feel management is also criminal.. Cheaters who never bother how patient is suffering... Is this a superspeciality hospital no it is supercriminals... Illeterate... Uncivilized staff/managent who edploit patients in tems of services.. Billing... Medicines.

              Myself sunil meet me if any single is having guts to see who i am.
              Insurance company approved Rs 95236 after deduction of Rs 21406 from final bill but still billing department approved Rs 91509.
              Totally loot scam they are doing .
              After paying non payables of Rs 21406. That have charged Rs 3727 from me without giving any answer I waited there 10.00 pm but because of night I had to pay. NO MANAGER NO RMO RESPONSE..

                Dr, neha berry of blk hospital overcharged me a particular test which i pay the next day from the day of actual test day as i can't get my test report without paying the due and let me go through the process for 2-3hours. Now as there is objection from dghs reimbursement, i have tried to reach the doctor to write something about it. The doctor told me to wait for 1 and then half an hour. Now i have waited for 4 hours and the doctor is still unavailable. Should a patient wait for their doctor for 3-4hours even after the said doctor told me to wait for 1 hour then half an hour? Please take serious note of this doctor

While I am writing this complaint I am still waiting for the doctor as the doctor has arrived but went for lunch. What type doctor is she. Strict action should be taken against her.

                As you can see in both the bills, there was a charged for GENEXPERT in both the bills. In order to pay the extra bill which they generated the next day on 30/10/2019 I have to wait for 2-3hours and now to resolve the issue, the doctor told me to wait for 1hour and then half an hour and so on. Now it's almost close to 6hours. What should I do in this case? Please help me

                  My mother kusum devi, she is came at bkl hospital for her stomach pain.
                  She reported to hospital with her appointment time at 11am in the morning but the doctor doesnot reach on time and keep waited my mother.
                  Such a bad experience with endoscopy department.

                  Very pathetic service in this hospital, also the present staff are talking in a rude manner with my mother

                  Very bad experience with blk hospital.

                  Please improve this otherwise there is waste of time and money just because of pathetice service and department
                  I am requesting you to please take a action against them.

                    Opd no 1 counter 2 a lady staff worker is very rude and not behaving well with cghs panel patient. She is not cooperating with me. I forgot my cghs card.
                    I am a regular patient of your hospital.in spite of she insist of card and waste my one hour in making opd slip. She behaves as in govt hospital staff behaves.
                    She is not maintaining private hospital decoram. If staff behaves in this manner what is the purpose of availing empanelled hospital facility. Pl see into this matter.. And take necessary action

                      The billing staff at opd 7 i. E oncology department is not good at all
                      Al lady on billing desk was very rude and was frustrated by my enquiries and was denying to perform her work by passing it and saying that go to the reception

                        My mother sarita sinha, she is a cancer patient and came at bkl hospital for her radio and chemo therapy.
                        She reported to hospital with her appointment time at 8am in the morning but the doctor doesnot reach on tine and keep waited my mother and family till 1pm.
                        Such a bad experience with tpa department. They have made a false statement with my family that he will make the whole bill amount of rs 2lakh at once and will send for the process.

                        At last when my mother treatment gets over at 7pm, and my brother has gone for clearance then there was no any staff in tpa department foe clearance.

                        Very pathetic service in this hospital, also the present staff are talking in a rude manner with my family and they have also asked us if we want to take my mother home, we will have to pay the full 2lakh amount and can take the patient to home.

                        Very bad experience with bkl hospital.

                        Please improve this otherwise there is waste of time and money for all o[censored]s just because of pathetice service and department

                          My wife was admitted to this hospital on 25/01/2019 (Mrd no.[protected]Ip no.- 19/251218) and was treated in icu for 10 days under dr. R. K. Singhal and was discharged from the hospital on 06/02/2019. My final bill raised by the hospital was for rs. 4, 84, 653.00 which was fully approved by the "health insurance tpa pvt. Ltd." but the hospital has deducted a sum of rs. 47, 518.00 from the same and charged this amount from me on account of non-payable items.
                          My grievance in this matter is as under :
                          1- why and on what basis the medical expenses incurred for/ during treatment of a patient in icu can be put into non payable category, e. G. How x-ray portable machine expenses, alpha bed charges, blood glucose etc. Can be a non-medical item for a patient who is critically ill in icu.
                          How gloves and masks used in icu can be a non-payable/non-medical item.
                          2-when the full amount was approved by the tpa, why a sum of rs. 47, 518.00 was charged from us.
                          3-to my mind, what i felt that in order to avoid the hastle of refunding the initial deposit of rs. 50, 000.00, the hospital preferred to put that much amount in non-payable/non-medical category, so as the money already received from the patient is needed not to be refunded back as receipt of amount from the tpa will take time.
                          You are therefore requested to kindly advise the concerned hospital to amend their billing and to refund us back the amount wrongly classified as non medical items.

                            I met with an accident and my left hand finger got cut and immediately i reached blk hospital around 10.30am and they people without taking me to operation theater for immediate treatment, i had to wait in emergency around 8 hours and then took me to operation theater. Its obvious anything will be dead in this duration. Before operation they told us we will inform you if it can be fixed or not but they did not inform and done the operation and thier statement was we have seen some chances that it can be fixed so we operated but after 4 days under observation what was the result zero that sorry finger not survived and now we will have to remove your finger damaged part. I lost my finger because of thier doctors and last they have charged total approx 2 lakh rupees for 2 surgery's, first was done under delhi arogya kosh and another one used my mediclaim, still why and how they can charge for another surgery to remove damaged finger because of them as they failed to operate it successfully and on time.
                            I have not received any update yet on above complaint

                              Dr. Manish jain has been taking unasked for interest and forcing unwanted medicines which i have not taken since more than a year. He is forcing without my permission new medicines which i am unwilling to take.
                              I am not interested in his treatment, still he is calling up family members and causing disturbance in normal life
                              Please let him be checked as it is legal to force treatment on healthy people not interested.

                                  I had gone for rhinoplasty at blk by docter as bath...but the result was not satisfactory ...earler docter told it will take a year to see the final result ...but my nose has become worse ...i had paid gud amount to them ...after follow up docter said its your ethnic feautures tht we had maintained...the purpose of doing rhinoplasty was not up to the mark as u can chk the photos of before and earlier
                                  ...no improvement ...
                                  I withdraw my complaint against Dr Manish Jain.i am withdrawing my complaint as their was a misunderstanding.issue is over. No more action is requested from either side.
                                  BLK HOSPITAL IS A DEN OF THIEVES. The thieves at BLK hacked into my credit card account and took $5, 000 while I was on the operating table. It took my bank 5 months to investigate and correct the theft.
                                  WARNING TO FOREIGN PATIENTS: Either pay these thieves in cash, or if you must pay by credit card, have the hospital police or a senior accountant go with you. Stand over them and strongly demand and carefully verify every step of the process. If you are a victim of credit card theft, BLK will do everything possible to cover it up.
                                  They won't let you talk to the hospital police, and they will transfer you from office to office, pretend not to understand you, and give you the runaround. If you are from another country, it is impossible to have the Delhi cyber police or the Indian newspapers investigate.
                                  Watch these underhanded people at every turn. They would steal from a dead man.
