Hello buddies ...
I am a Managing Director of Appollo Solar Systems . And u may think that i am wasting my time here .Well, i spared some of my time to report . I have a complaint about this company .. Few days back.. My gf joined this company saying that it is a "software company " ... so i agreed her wish to work in this company .. i never thought that she will suffer working here, that Managing Director Is a greedy Person.. He always say.. I'm paying you so, , u should not be sitting free not even for 10 minutes.. como'n, just coz you are paying them.. doesn't mean that u own them.. work is work... i aint complaining about work.. As a managing Director i know how work should be.. working overtime is not a problem... but.. u should know your status and manners, employees are human beings.. not machines. i[censored] r asking for a huge amount of work..then u should pay them equal cash as salary . we shouldn't torture our employees..
so.. this is what i gotta say ..
