[Resolved] Bloom Software Solutions — Fraud Company Company | |||
Hi Friends, I am your well wisher. I want to tell you about this company Bloom Software solution. Don't ever join this company, this is a fraud company. First they will take 50000/- from candidate and while taking they will promise to refund the money but they will never do so. They will exploit you like anything and they won't even give the salary .. If you are serious about your future don't join this company ever in your life for any position. Don't compromise, you'll get many more company better than this... Bloom software solutions is just a consultancy which is dependent only on that, And just pretending to be a software company...this consultancy is running only just because of inszoom.com ...That Shiva (MD of that company) he thinks himself as very smart but that doesn't know that he is an . Take my suggestion don't join any company where you need to pay any money. You'll get trapped, neither you'll be able to leave that company nor you'll able to work and their will lots of work pressure for which they wont even bother to pay... They will never give any kind of training to the employee, and their is no trainer at all. they will only tell to to learn from google, which in fact u can do at home as well so what's the point in coming to this company... I Totally agree with my friend. Bready basted Shiva(M.D) and their two hr whose doesn't have any knowledge abt the profile but they will take ur interview and promise you to they will pay you 12 to 15 thousand but they won't pay at all so please friend don't join Bloom Software Solutions and related like this company who is asking about Money...

if anybody supporting bloom, that could only be shiva, he is not only playing with the students career but also playing with client. No professionalism at all, but if anybody wants to work also they don't let them do in that way because they think they are the only one who is smart others are fool whosoever it is elther client or candidate...

they dont talk proper english, but whoever candidates come they will say their english is not upto the mark
Whatever they had mentioned in the webssite now, is full fraud and lie, theres no work culture, no employee relation, no room for mediatation, nothing is there, even that shiva thinks a lot before spending money, but he wanted to earn a lot of money for him hes a selfish
I had worked in top companies, but this was the worse experience i had in this company
This is not nonsense what i write, but very true, that female madhu HR what she knows about recruitment, simply go here and there without knowledge she wants everyone to dance to her tunes, if NO she will say some stories about that person to SHIVA and he will take decision as to what that madam says, that shiva as no brain of himself
Other Shilpa doesnt do any job, but acts as if shes doing
whenever she gets angry she will go home, bloom for her is mother house, so when she wants she comes and when she gets angry she will go in middle of the office hours
Most people working there say they wanna to leave this bloom, but nobody will leave becoz some are lazy to find jobs, some are in comfort and some stay close by, only few like me left becoz i dont want to loose myself respect

I've worked for BLOOM since 2007 and I have been very satisfied with what I've done, learned and how my career has progressed. I was exposed to multiple tasks and there is chance to grow in the company if you work hard.

It really is a good place to work! Safe environment to work. Same opportunity to all people.
We engaged them to develop an app for us. The timeline was to finish the project in 6 months. They took more than 12 months and still did not finish it. When we questioned it, Bloom team members got into a fight with us and we had to end the relationship and look for another vendor. We did not have a good experience.
BLOOM has provided me a right platform to launch and shape my career. There have been ups and downs but overall it has been great experience with a company that strives for innovation, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
