I had ordered "Special Assorted Dry Fruits" from www.bloomsvilla.com cost Rs. 989.10 but the received product is completely different than the ordered one (as per image they have shown on their website) and of cheap quality. I am attaching all pictures for your reference.
We called numerous times on the number mentioned on the website also to the delivery person. But they didn’t received the calls and gave vague answers that they don't have the same order. Also we told them that we will complain about this but they switched off the phone later.
I also mailed to their consumer care mail but till now no update from their side. It was a gift for my parents but they ruined the day. Hope for the proper action on these people.
