No receipt or email or tracking I’d obtained...

I had ordered "Special Assorted Dry Fruits" from www.bloomsvilla.com cost Rs. 989.10 but the received product is completely different than the ordered one (as per image they have shown on their website) and of cheap quality. I am attaching all pictures for your reference.

We called numerous times on the number mentioned on the website also to the delivery person. But they didn’t received the calls and gave vague answers...
