Blowhot — Gas hob burner not working since last one month . Complaint not attend not yet

Gas hob purchased from blowhot during May 2021 . Now one burner makes black smoke and one burner working with less fame. Try to lodge a complaint toll free number not pick by their rep. Try complaint through mail, complaint lodged but complaint no not generated. Please help me
