Gas hob purchased from blowhot during May 2021 . Now one burner makes black smoke and one burner working with less fame. Try to lodge a complaint toll free number not pick by their rep. Try complaint through mail, complaint lodged but complaint no not generated. Please help me

    Burner burns out in just few mo few months of purchase raise a complaint it has been two months. It has not been resolved despite multiple follow-ups. Even the customer care executives have no answer to the issue. They stop attending your calls. Such a frustration buying this product - please go for reputed brands rather than this

      Very worst service from company technician don't buy this product they asking visiting charge when there products in waranty.

        I purchased BLOWHOT Sapphire 3 Burner Manual Gas Stove 3 month before.
        Its knob are faulty. Every other week these knob are become faulty and I need to raise case with customer. In last 3 month, 5 times technician visited. Every time he does something, and these knobs just work for 1 week, and become faulty. I explained the situation to Customer care, and they don't care at all. I want either refund or replace the product.

          We purchased a Blowhot 3 burner gas stove on 09/08/2022 and now the middle burner is not getting switched off and when we tried to switch it off the knob got broken. We called the customer service also but no one is responding. Worst product ever.

            I bought a gas hob from the blowHot branch in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. In just nine months, the burners have suffered damage and are already shooting fire downward, endangering lives. I have been complaining for three months, but they have given us no service despite the fact that the goods is covered by a warranty.

              Recently i have purchased a blowhot chimney near my place tirupati andhrapradesh in a retail shop.before buying shop owned told me we will take care of everything which includes woodwork, and installation too.it has been 45 days now wood word done was not in proper state and installation guy told us this is not proper and to come and do the installation of chimney i will be charging Rs 600 is this a proper statement.
              Technician name is Bhanu Dhinesh.

              I have complainted to customer care and immediately i got a call from another technician starting the conversation harshly with my father and then i have involved his name is Vinod kumar reddy.

              i have never seen such a worst customer care too it's completely a third class company and customer care. Technicians are too worst they doesn't know how to behave with customers.instead of free installation they are asking us pay Rs 600

                Purchased chimney and four burner stove in sept 2019. It stopped working in march 2020.. And thats all none of them have been coming to repair it. They say pcb is gone and should be replaced. They initially came with a pcb which does not match with the chimney. And now they are saying no pcbs stock availability.

                While installing they gave connections to inverter. And they didn't say any precautions or guidance on how to operate. Now they are telling we should not connect to inverter. They have inexperienced personal to tackle this issue.

                  The number [protected] has taken Rs. 1800/- advance for the gas repair on saturday 11th of August 2012.... now from last 2 weeks he is not responding and has kept the above number switch off... his name is divakar and stays at nalasopara and has come from blowhot customer service engineer..need urgent details or give me his spare number...
