Sir, I admitted my child in Blue Bells Public School, Sector 10, gurgaon in Aug 2014 for Academic session 2015-16, then due to my job change i asked for refund in Feb 2015. School offered same seat to other kid in March much before session start in Apr 2015.But school did not refunded me 40000 out of total 109000 citing these as admission charges. District Education officer ordered school to refund but school did not refunded fee, Gurgaon...
