Good morning sir/madam, my daughter is stadying 3rd class in Ravindra Bharathi school, Tekkali branch, her water bottle was in school. We told to principal, but no response, this is third bottle missed in school.we request you to arrange it

I'm raising a complaint against yellamanchilli branch. Your branch in yellamanchilli is closed due to some reasons. My pupils are already a students of your school we have paid our pupils school fee for half academic year. Suddenly they closed the branch. Nobody is responding for our complaint. When we are asking for the refund they are not responding kindly please respond to our complaint. Thanking you .

Today I had a very bad experience in your Sujata Nagar branch school, my son Siddharth Patro was not allowed to give exam and he was thrown out of class as we have not paid the 2nd instalment. He was not allowed to eat morning breakfast tiffin in class, he was kept hungry till we went and collected him from school. Very bad attitude of the class teacher.

School Management is pathetic. There is no qualification criteria for Teachers and they don't have teaching skills.. they harass students badly by scolding and beating students . Ask for money for every activity. No parent meeting conducted till now . Teachers can't speak English and everyone talk only in hyderabadi local Hindi. Even Security person is unprofessional. Students speak vulgar language. Teachers encourage students to speak only in Hindi, and ask Class Leader to manage the class and they chitchat in Staff Room. Badly disappointed with School, no discipline and values taught to students. They show partiality to Muslim students as majority of the teachers are Muslim . Hopeless feedback on RBS Mallepally branch . No hygiene followed in classrooms and washrooms . Principle and Dean don't consider parent feedback .. Teachers just beat students instead of guiding them. No organized structure followed in School. Security to Dean, no values and manners .

I am a parent of a kids studying in this school, Horamavu Branch RGBS.

The Big burden is very high term fees and books fees also being charged heavily . Actually the books fee will not cost less 50% being actually charged if we go as book MRP.. why hefty fees on books? or please allow us/parents an options to purchase books in market or please provide the book distributor details. like schools like Kendra Vidyalaya schools does allow parents to buy books outside market or respective distributors..
this is just looting money by putting they brands on the note books

Total Fees are being raised by 15-20% per year.. and quality of education is upto the mark. only few teachers have good command over English

The fees we pay is not proportionate to the quality of education and quality of management systems

Looks like they have come up with new rule on fees now, this school has made it mandatory to pay 1st term which incudes books fees.. (1st Term = term fees+Books fees) .. additional burden for parents.. think about parents who have more than 1 kid studying in this school...

as every year happens, students don't get complete set of books on given time after paying books fees. there will be 1 or 2 items of books keeps pending or no stock..

Amount was collected for almanac book, school badge, exam papers etc in name of books fees for last two years.. but no refund or deductions happened.. this shows the transparency and honesty of the school management.

Principal and staff not cooperated in parents

The staffs are irresponsible in handling parents queries. They do not have any system to run the show. The head of the school from Marathahalli branch humiliated the parent and shouted. And they do not have time to handle the parent as they have to leave at 4pm. My concern is all about requesting pending dues in the kids whats group instead of asking or following up with parents. I have seen its flotting for many kids which i brought into their notice last year during pandemic and they agreed to remove such things. The head told if they humiliate the kids then parents will automatically come and pay their dues..brilliant idea...
The first thing the student application is not working and they were claiming they were sending reminders through app infact its joke how parents receive if the app is not working. The second question did anyone call parent..no because its prents responsibility remember and pay the due..agree i asked where did you mention about due date ..answer was cool..sending through app..which i mentioned previously the scrapped one...at last my app started working today after visiting school and i have checked the message and i could see the last message send on 29th July 2020 and nothing updated in the portal. Now my question is here i cleared last year fees but the app is not updated yet. My kids details are not updates yet😇 which i realized when i reached home. I know its waste of time..nothing wouldn't change i need to change the school.. but thought just raise concern here..so if any well wisher of school might look and correct..

Houramav branch charing more than double for books if we consider MRP only .
If we ask they are not giving proper responce.
For 3rd class they are charging 7500rs.
When we calculate mrp of all books and stationary it comes around 4500.

And fees also they collected 90% in 2020-21 academic year. This year going to charge 100%.
When we ask they are telling we do not get any information from government to reduce the fees.

And main thing principal not at all good.
She do not know how to speak with parents .

Kindly take some action and help all parents .

No books for 10th standard given at HSR, Bangalore. But one month online classes are over.

How do you expect kids to study without any books.

Even Government schools are giving books before class starts

At the same time you don't allow parents to purchase online

Why do you want to make business with kids future in this pandemic situation

I am a parent of your school my two children are studying in your school
I am not at all satisfied with your system
I even changed the campus but also I faced the same problem every were
Teachers come to your school for salaries how they can work with out their pay
I see a new teacher every month as a result the education is going down.

School is charging Annual Fee & Full Tuition Fee. But as per Honorable Calcutta High Court Orders, they cannot charge any Annual Fee and should have to provide minimum 20% waiver in tuition Fee. After several request still now not received the details of fees & reason of the charges. Still now we didn't receive any information whether school is affiliated to CBSE or not. It is very important & serious concern about the my child future. Non of the staff of RBGS even the principal not able to share the correct answer till date. Behavior of school management is really doubt full. We need all the answer from RBGS kolkata new town else we have proceed to consumer forum for justice.

Initially asked us to pay 2000rs but when we are ready to pay 2000rs they forcing us to pay 10000rs during. This pandemic effect but without prior information. As school administration principal asked us to pay 10000 amount once school reopens but they are not listening us or co operating us as my children studying in this school

I am f/o p subas, 8th iit batch. My son studying in your school from last 6 years. The branch principal smt rajya lakshmi behavior is very worst she don't know how to speak with the parents. Request to teach her, so that she can able to manage the branch. She was joined last year i thing. I send my elder son because of my office busy to pay the balance fee, next year fee structure and issue of books reg. I telephonically contacted her, she cannot able to give a proper reply and rashly speaking. Till now i haven't faced such a behavior in your brach.in fift standard my son got eye injured by another student (His parents was warned), got eye surgery in sankar foundation, your staff also attended. At the time dean madam and other staff are given moral support that is why i am continuing my child in your school. For school fee they are using phone pe., when asking for swiping machine saying not working, do phone pe for fee payment.
In view of the above, i request to change of behavior of smt. Rajya lakshmi and provide swiping (Make available) machine for fee payment.

My name is kundan kumar and my son's name is aryan kumar. He is in nursery class in new town kolkata branch of ravindra bharathi global school. The behavior of principal is very rude and she don't know how to talk with the parents. We are the parents of student but not student. The quality of the class is very poor just taking money on time not giving any service to any students.

I was trying to meet to the principal but she is not meeting any parents because always busy, visited more than 15 times but meet only one time, also not talking to anyone via phone but sharing number to all the parents.

Please do something otherwise i have to go to legal or consumer court.

She is saying mental to students and parents also abusing to students. Please do something otherwise school will close very soon.

How this school environment will be good means it is similar to the government school. Request your to improve the behavior and support from the staffs.
