"blue digital media, worst company i have ever worked with, never recommend anyone to join"
Very bad company or its not wrong to say a "kirana store", never join such company which doesn`t have any values of employee. Third class management and very bad people at top. So called project managers, doesn't know about team management.
You will be treated like labours, if you are short for 1min in their 9hrs timing they will cut your salary and if you have given your 24hrs also then no appreciation, they will say its not our fault that you have given so much time, but they will cut your salary at any cost.
They don't even provide the proper internet connection and then expect you to do the work as fast as you can..
If your mouse is not work you will ask for new mouse then company boss (The entrepreneur gaurav singhal) will say take my mouse, but will never provide you the requires stuff. This is the condition of the company.
They are seriously very cheap.
