I am really feeling ashamed telling that i have worked with Blue Digital Media, Never saw such cheap people, and one thing more, it's nothing like a company, just 5-6 people, that to one who think himself entrepeneur gaurav and one who think herself manager swati.. and 3 4 more employees.. they are just steching out any how this so called company Blue Digital Media.. Gaurav will treat you like his pet, his labour, will play games wid you...

Very bad company or its not wrong to say a "kirana store", never join such company which doesn`t have any values of employee. Third class management and very bad people at top. So called project managers, doesn't know about team management.

You will be treated like labours, if you are short for 1min in their 9hrs timing...

Blue digital media treat their employees as labour, their main focus is just to cut the salary of an employees every month with their silly reasons, they are so cheap that company boss's (The entrepreneur gaurav singhal) himself start deducting your salary with stupid reasons every month just for rs 200 to 1000 (Like any fish market). Probably, it is the most "kanjoos"...
