This is regarding a New A/C I purchased on 21st Feb 2023 and today It was installed based on the request raised for the same. Post installation A/C Remote is not working, It was communicated to me by the installation team that it will take 3-4 days to look at the issue and till that time request will remain in open state. I have paid the service charges to the installation team.
I called customer care as waiting period of 3-4 days is not acceptable at the product is new and require the Urgent attention, ticket raised is B[protected] by customer support and ensured that the ticket raised is high priority ticked and someone will check the issue on 23rd Feb, later I received a SMS on my phone that the ticket is allocated to the service partner and will be served on 24th Feb 2023.
why there is such an inconsistency that a high priority ticket logged by Customer support is ignored and the ETA is pushed for a day.
When I queried the link (https://consumer.bluestarindia.com/escalationmatrix) I was able to find your name on Escalation Matrix. Can you pls look at the issue on priority, else direct me to someone who will be able to assist in my case and get the issue resolved ASAP.
