I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and service experience of Blue Star.
I purchased a 2 Ton Blue Star AC around 10 months ago, but from the very beginning I never received proper cooling. During installation itself there was leakage due to improper installation. Initially the AC gave some cooling, but gradually the cooling became weaker and after some time it almost stopped cooling completely.

Purchased the AC from Amazon.in (seller name: Dawntech Electronics Pvt Ltd) on March 12 2023, the AC had gas leaks 4 times in 2 years costing me Rs10, 000 plus labour charges, this with the original cost of AC being Rs 34, 000.
Recent check by the technician has revealed multiple leakages in the indoor unit.
The company should accept that the product is faulty and replace it with immediate effect....

This is regarding a New A/C I purchased on 21st Feb 2023 and today It was installed based on the request raised for the same. Post installation A/C Remote is not working, It was communicated to me by the installation team that it will take 3-4 days to look at the issue and till that time request will remain in open state. I have paid the service charges to the installation team.

Two years ago, I purchased an extended warranty for my AC, which cost me aound Rs. 4300. No 1 fraud company, doing unnecessary harassment to customer in refunding money.
They want signature on cancelled cheque for refund purpose which is against rbi guidelines. Raised refund request of Rs 8549 against return on 20/9/22 for order no [protected], still now money is not refunded. I have a Blue Star Aristo 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier and now the purifier making beep sound while water purification process. I logged a complaint with ticket number B[protected] on 17.04.2022. When the service engineer came, he did nothing, just cut off the beep sound speaker cable with that beep sound turned off, but UV lamp also turned off making water unsafe to drink. Today is 28.04.2022, still no proper resolution has been provided....

I have purchased Bluestar 1 Ton Window on 3 Apr 2022 from Vijay sales Indrapuram ghaziabad. After the installation of AC on 5 Apr 2022 i raised a compliant to bluestar company that AC is making a horrible noise and noise level is so high that we are not even able to sleep inside our room.

Bluestar company is not listening to my complaint and not responding even after several reminders and tweets also....

We bought Bluestar water dispenser and it only worked for few days. Raised multiple complaints during warranty period but no resolution and now Bluestar is asking to pay visiting charges as it is out of warranty.

1. We need replacement of the product and spent enough time following up with customer care and service centre.
2. Who will pay for the loss of time and energy following up. Didn't expect this from Bluestar....
