I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service experience regarding my Blue Star air conditioner, which is currently under warranty (less than 1 year old).

I registered a complaint on Thursday, 17th April 2025, regarding the AC not cooling. Since then, I have received calls from 4–5 technicians daily, asking for the same details – address and problem description. However, no one has visited to inspect...

I have logged the Complaint for Servicing for my two ACs; one window and another Split on 6th with complaints nos as S[protected] & S[protected] on 6th Apr. Before these two more complaints were logged for servicing. To my surprise all complaint nos were cancelled.

Blue star technician visited but not resolving any say we not any solution for this...

Purchased the AC from Amazon.in (seller name: Dawntech Electronics Pvt Ltd) on March 12 2023, the AC had gas leaks 4 times in 2 years costing me Rs10, 000 plus labour charges, this with the original cost of AC being Rs 34, 000.
Recent check by the technician has revealed multiple leakages in the indoor unit.
The company should accept that the product is faulty and replace it with immediate effect....

Unable to use Water dispenser due to cooling issue.

Dear Bluestar Customer Support,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the Bluestar Window AC 1.5 Ton (Model: WID318L) that I purchased on 24th May 2024 from Electronics Mart, Sector 11, Gurgaon, Haryana. Unfortunately, within just 20 days o[censored]sage, the air conditioner has stopped cooling effectively.

I raised a complaint regarding this issue two days ago (19th June 2024), Ticket No: B[protected], but...

The mentioned AC was bought in May, 2022 from Patra Electronics, Balasore, Odisha. AC was running smooth till 16 June, 2024. Suddenly on that day, the AC outdoor stopped working and there was a grinding kind of noise from the indoor unit. I called the official Blue Star service guy, he checked something and then asked to re-fill the refrigerant (R32). He filled the gas, but nothing happened. Now he is asking to pay him Rs 8, 000 to check for the leakage in both indoor and outdoor unit. And his behaviour is very rude too. I raised a complaint by calling the customer care of Blue Star India, but they also refused to help. I request the manufacturer to please visit once to my residence in Balasore and sort this out asap. The compressor and PCB must be within warranty. But still, they are charging heavy amount of money and not assuring the resolution. This is very pathetic, Blue Star. I have other brand's AC in my residence like Voltas and Lloyd, and they are working perfectly fine since last 6, 7 years. And here Blue Star fails within 2 years and that to only 5, 6 months of total usage. Please look into the issue and maintain the trust and peace of mind of your consumers.

The Out door machine has been giving a pathetic sound that is annoying. It has been purchased and installed on 26/05/2024 and the next day the sound started.

I have a purchase a blue star convertible 5 in 1 cooling 2023 1.5 ton 5 star split inverter air conditioner on 16.01.2024 from the online platform of Flipcart .(invoice copy enclosed)

Since beginning the said AC was not cooling perfectly and water was draining from the indoor and outdoor unit. Accordingly i made a complaint on your portal with ticket no. B[protected] and the technician of your service provider Shyam Aircon...

I register Ticket B[protected] for breakdown of Home AC for PCB Not working which is under warranty, This ticket is assigned to Om Service & Sales, a service partner of Blue Star India. Service Engineer from Om Service & Sales visited my place and straight away asked for Visit Charges Rs. 750/-, when I said that Product is under warranty and at least first attend the issue.
Service Engineer said It will take 15 days to get your issue resolved. He had not even seen the product.
This kind of service is not expected from BLUE Star. Kindly look in to the issue

I bought A/C. It has been more than twenty five days since the purchase. Until now they have been dragging me without installing it and causing me mental distress.

I have booked an water purifier from flipkart it have been delivered and instllation have did not done properly. I wanted to be check properly and install it properly

This is regarding a New A/C I purchased on 21st Feb 2023 and today It was installed based on the request raised for the same. Post installation A/C Remote is not working, It was communicated to me by the installation team that it will take 3-4 days to look at the issue and till that time request will remain in open state. I have paid the service charges to the installation team.

I have bought a new Bluestar Inverter Room Air Conditioner a month back and after few days after the installation AC stopped working and we have requested Blue Star to replace the product and they sad they will replace the part. But after few days there was no cooling. We have raised a complaint and a ticket. But they have closed the ticket with a comment, part will be replaced. It is really annoying to say that they never replaced the product which is 1 month old and i am tired of speaking to their experts. I would like to replace the equipment as such, as it seems like they have delivered a faulty product.

Hi, i purchased a 1 ton ac while i was in calicut in april 2023 and since i have to relocate to my town - ernakulam i uninstalled it through blue star team by august 23. But when i tried to reinstall it they charged me 1500 where as common charge in outside is rs 1000 only. They convinced me that gas warrenty will be available only if i do it through bluestar team. But now they arr not ready to provide gas top up. The manager says that it is the mistake of their staff, no such warrenty is available.
I used it for hardly 5 months and they are not providing gas warrenty and asks me to file a complaint to the top. Plealsle assist

My AC compressor got damaged(as said by technician). And i paid an amount of rs19000 plus to your service agency for replacing it with new one alongwith some sensors. But already three weeks passed and no reply from their end. Iam from cochin. I am expecting a fruitful reply or a fast action to solve my problem
Cool star airconditioning is the agency with the quatation no CG/GK/13223 informed me about the rate.

My Blue Star RO is not working since 4 days, I had complaint on 5th Nov 23, I did so many complaints about the problem through online and customer by call nd still they are not giving a response and no technician visiting till time, customer care assure that service provider will visit soon.

Also i mailed to higher management but they people also dont wakeup.

I suggested no one purchase bluestar because they donot have authorized service center.
